Let's talk

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to working within BACP Ethical guidelines to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for the work of therapy. These guidelines ensure that I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can engage in the meaningful and often transformative work of therapy. I believe that creating a secure and non-judgmental environment is essential for clients to feel free to express their innermost thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Throughout our lives, we often experience a conflict between our authentic inner selves and the external structures we’ve created in order to adapt to societal expectations. These structures are often built in an attempt to seek acceptance, love, and respect, but they can leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are. Therapy offers a shared exploration of these constructed identities, allowing us to disentangle them from our present reality. Through the process of working with a therapist, we can safely explore and reconnect with our unique shape, pattern, and wholeness.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining elements of Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. This allows me to tailor my work to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering personal growth and healing.

Locations

I work out of two locations; Shropshire and Birmingham.  I see adults one-to-one, mostly in person however I do see people online if necessary. â€‹â€‹
